Beautiful gallery.  Hi! I just wanted to say that your gallery is amazing. You have such great photos. I love being in the nature but when I watch this pictures I get a total different feeling. The details, the atmosphere, everything, it's perfect (and I don't know if perfect is the right word, makes me be at peace
 ) I hope one day I can at least see half of the things you see through the lens. Thank you for sharing your photos here, in deviatart! ^^ I'm always questioning how people like you get such great nature shots; do you purposely seek out these places, or are you just there at the right place at the right time? Is it physically demanding to get to the right spots; do you have to be patient; is it fun?
Many of your shots have beautiful skies; especially "Under the Northern Star" (by the way, I like the tent contrast... it makes humans look so alone and yet so observing in the world)  Hi, and thank for your comment.
 For get these images, I spend a lot of time exploring, looking for unusual places. Yes, it is physically and sometimes "technically" demanding to get to these spots, and it is sometimes really hard mentally as well. I cannot say that it is always "fun", but when for a moment the light is good, the place is transformed, it is a magic moment, and it deserve all the efforts. I must be patient yes, sometimes I walk for days but the conditions are bad, and I take no interesting images. But I like this, every time I want to go again in the mountains... It is a relentless pursuit of fleeting visions. |
